Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC) collects, gathers, and processes personal information/sensitive personal information from you when you electronically submit the following:

• Contact details, Viber No., Whatsapp No., Social Media Accounts

• Any other legitimate business purpose relating to and for the implementation of any of the above.

All information collected shall be kept private and confidential by FCI and shall be used solely for legal purposes as mandated by the Data Privacy Act and other relevant laws. However, information that involve public interest, may be disclosed to the public, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

HLDC may process your personal information based on Consent, Contractual Obligation, Legal or Regulatory and/or Legitimate Interests.

HLDC uses Google Analytics, a third-party service to analyze the web traffic data for us. This service does not use cookies. Data generated is not shared with any other party. Only non-identifiable web traffic data are analyzed including:

• Approximate geolocation
• The referring website or platform

Protection Measures

To maintain the integrity of your personal information, organizational, physical and technical security measures are put in place such as use of secured servers and firewalls and similar devices, limited access to personal information to those duly authorized processors, and maintenance of a secured/locked storage facility within the Philippines, and instituting organizational-wide policies to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel have access to all personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy.

Retention

Data will be kept only for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the declared, specified and legitimate purposes and within a period as may be authorized by law. After which, data will be disposed in a lawful and secure manner including shredding of physical records and anonymized disposal of digital files.

In the context of personal data, risk refers to the chance that someone might collect, or access your personal data in an unauthorized manner. We employ various measures to safeguard your personal information, but this does not guarantee protection against all threats such as when systems are exposed to cyberattacks, ransomware or viruses or when manual records are accessed without authority.
